Having been a hair designer and beautician for several years, I recognize the need for exceeding industry standards and going far and beyond the client's expectations. It's my intention to ensure every client leaves the salon feeling pampered and special. In addition, a salon that is comfortable and immaculately clean will help to ensure repeat customers again and again. As a stylist, I feel it's my job to educate the client as well. My job doesn't end with a perm or pedicure. I feel it's important to listen to the client and understand each individual's needs. At the same time, demonstrating the best technique to achieve the desired results can be the icing on the cake.
